Don't worry too much about it Sunny, clear out all the junk food and start over. I'm not sure that I would extend the Attack above 10 days even if you did have a little cheat. If you find it hard sticking with Attack it maybe better for you just to move to Cruise Phase earlier than you initially planned. Don't let it put you off, positive thinking. Sonia xo

I have found the best thing to do is have some "junk" food always available. Chocolate mousse, jelly, chocolate protein bars (the atkin ones) are always in my fridge for the moments of weakness when i just can't handle another tease.As everyone has said here, just keep moving forward, so you have to push that little harder the next day, don't let it stop you from making the changes you want :DMelliee
