Day 2- Attack Phase- 25/April 2012 Weigh in: 173.4 It is already so motivating to continue especially with 3 pounds lost from the very first day. I think I definitely can achieve my goal of 10 pounds in 10 days if I continue on this diet.
Congrats on the great loss, keep it up! I did a 10 day attack and lost 13.5 pounds but I have / should I say 'had' alot more to lose initially than you. Exepect to put some back on when you introduce vegetables again, its normal. Sonia xo
